FoodMatrix™
With recent statistics revealing that 1 in every 3 adults and 1 in every 5 young adults (ages 15 to 25) are taking some type of nutritional supplementation on a regular basis, it makes sense for us to purchase supplements that are the most effective for our needs.
We all recognize that we should get all of these essential vitamins and minerals from good organic (wholesome) food. However, with mineral depletion of the soil, processed foods, environmental issues, and demands on growers etc, most of us admit that we take supplements because we want the additional prevention and protection they bring.
Scientists have been able to isolate vitamin molecules. Pure vitamin molecules are isolated from a natural source, or constructed from a commercially available source like glucose. In both cases, however, all the constituents that naturally are attached to the vitamin are eliminated and the bio-availability and utility of the vitamin is reduced.
FoodMatrix™ begin with the same commercial molecule of vitamins or minerals. However, through an exclusive process, the nutrients are bonded with non-denatured proteins. The vitamins and minerals are then added to a nutritional medium and then fed to living plants. The result is a complex protein containing FoodState nutrients
The inherent protein chaperones found in food and FoodMatrix™ are a significant link to the way the body absorbs, transports, stores, and assimilates nutrients. This decisive discovery of the delivery of nutrients to cells was announced last year ata Northwestern University, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Michigan. Their findings indicate that nutrients are not simply floating around the body looking for a needy cell. Rather, they are being transported by protein chaperones, through coordinated chemistry, to the exact lovation for utilization within the cell.
Dr. Thomas V O'Halloran, currently the Dow Professor of Chemistry at Northwestern University, had this to say about FoodMatrix™ : The underniable fact is that humnans are intended to receive their nutrition from food sources. Repeated attempts have been made to improve on this basic tenet by isolating what is assumed to be "the most voluable fractions" of food (such as ascorbic acid). Research exhibits that these isolated so called "natural" free-state nutrients contain only a fraction of the beneficial factors that are received from food and FoodMatrix™.
More than 80 independent scientific studies have concluded that FoodMatrix™ are up to 50 times more effective than commercially available vitamins and inorganic mineral slts, and ared retained up to 16 times longer by the body. Because FoodMatrix™ are absorbed as readily as food and remain in the body far longer than commercially available vitamins and minerals, they need only be taken in conservative amonuts.
